چکیده

Lignin is a precursor of humus, and by-product the pulp paper industry. This study investigated synthesis soil conditioning materials from industrial lignins (kraft, soda sulphite), through ammoxidation. The were characterized ammoxidized in 1 L Parr reactor at 80 °C, 10 barg, for 4 h, with 7 wt% ammonia lignin reaction mixture. A plant trial assessment products was conducted over four weeks. N-lignins C/N ratios 12.30, 15.81, 14.64 obtained kraft, sodium lignosulfonate against standard requirement < 20. However, an oxidation step 5% hydrogen peroxide required (prior to ammoxidation) because criterion (C/N 20) could not be met under conditions. In trial, N-modified kraft (3.50 t/ha) (3.21 recorded crop yields that 71% 57% higher than control (2.04 t/ha), respectively. lignosphonate, while it requirements use as fertilizing material terms nitrogen content, resulted complete failure. Further characterization showed had high pH (8.81 pH) salt index (63.62%) due pulping technique used its isolation. Kraft successfully synthesize are suitable materials.

Lignin Isolation from Pulp

Several different enzymatic, chemical and mechanical methods have been developed for the isolation of lignin from wood and pulp. However, due to the heterogeneous nature of wood and pulp fibers and the heterogeneity that exists between individual fibers, no method is currently available for the quantitative isolation of native or residual lignin without the risk of structural changes during the...

Separation and Structural Characteristics of Lignin in the Prehydrolysis Liquor of Whangee Dissolving Pulp

Separation and structural characterization of lignin are essential for valueadded utilization of hemicelluloses and lignin in the prehydrolysis liquor (PHL) of a kraft-based Whangee (a genus of bamboo) dissolving pulp production. In this work, lignin in the PHL was separated by acidification treatment (AT) and rotary vacuum evaporation treatment (RVET), and the separated crude lignin was then c...

One-pot synthesis of iron doped mesoporous silica catalyst for propane ammoxidation.

Iron doped hexagonal mesoporous silica (Fe-HMS) was successfully prepared by one-pot direct synthesis at ambient temperature by using dodecylamine as a templating agent. The catalyst has been characterized by various techniques including XRD, DR-UV-Vis, FTIR, SEM and N2 adsorption. The obtained material exhibits very large surface area (above 1000 m(2) g(-1)), mesoporosity with narrow distribut...
